2024 Water Rate Increase

Due to an increase in water rates from the City of Bloomington, East Monroe will be raising their water rates. The new amount will rise 40 cents on every thousand gallons. The old rate was 10.02$ per thousand gallons and will increase to 10.42$ per thousand gallons. The new minimum water bill for 0-3000 gallons will be $35.45.
