If you are building a new home in our service area you will first need to apply for membership. As a condition for receiving water service, you must grant to EMWC a right of way easement to be recorded with the county. Once accepted, new members and those transfering in will be required to submit a signed "agreement", stating that you will abide by EMWC's by-laws and rules. The member certificate will then acknowledge you as a duly registered owner of one membership in the corporation. Other documents may be required as per the application or transfer request.
